Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Nikhil Chaturvedi, learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the records.
By means of this Application, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., the sole relief pressed by the learned counsel for the applicant is for early disposal of the Misc. Case No. 1289 of 2020 (Kamlakant Nayak vs. Mahesh Badal) pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- I, Jhansi, under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Jhansi, within a time bound period.
Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. Therefore, the concerned Court is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is finally disposed of.
