Sri Mohan Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 states that earlier the applicant had filed application U/s 482, Cr.P.C. no. 12987 of 2011 for the same relief, which was dismissed by order dated 12.05.2011.
At this stage learned counsel for the applicant submits that he intends to withdraw the present application. Sri Mohan Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and Sri Rajeev Kumar Rai, learned A.G.A. have no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.
Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
