This application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 10.12.2020 by way of which the bail granted to the appellant ha been cancelled by C.J.M, Bijnor in Case Crime no. 623 of 2018, under sections 420, 406 , 504, 506, 120-B IPC, P.S. Kotwali City, District Bijnor.
From the perusal of the order sheet it transpires that the order dated 29.10.2021 passed by this court has not been complied with.
Hence, this application is dismissed for non compliance of the order.
