At the very outset learned counsel for the applicant submits that she intends to withdraw the present application as she wants to file a revision against the impugned order dated 26.02.2020 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 8, Varanasi in Criminal Appeal No. 132 of 2019, Sanjay Kumar Maurya v. Geeta Devi and another.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to such prayer.
In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents annexed with this application to the learned counsel for the applicant as per the Rules of the Court.
