This application has been filed with a prayer to direct the A.C.J.M. Court N. 8, Allahabad to decide he Case No. 2536 of 2020 (State Vs. Mohammad Ubaid and others) arising out of case crime no. 349 of 2017, under sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and section 3/4 P.Act, P.S. Nawabganj, District Allahabad within a specified period.
Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2017. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
