Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A. G. A. for the State as well as Sri Ravi Kant Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2.
Tis application under Section 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 18.2.2020 passed by A. C. J. M., Court No. 8, Allahabad in Case No. 5366 of 2018; State Versus Vinod Kumar, arising out of Case Crime No. 843 of 2017, under Sections-147, 148, 323, 504, 506, 452, 427, 308 and 325 I. P. C, P. S.-Handia, district-Allahabad whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued against the applicants.
From the perusal of the order-sheet it appears that till date the applicants have not responded to the summons and bailable warrants issued by the court below and they have not appeared before the Court below, hence the court below has issued non-bailable warrants against the applicants.
In this view of the matter, no interference is required with the impugned order.
Learned counsel for the applicants has made a request that the applicants want to appear before the court below and participate in the proceedings.
In these circumstances, the applicants are directed to appear before the court below and move an application and if any such application is moved by the applicants before the court concerned, that shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
The application stands disposed of accordingly.
