Instant application for withdrawal of application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved on the ground that the applicant has already availed remedy by filing Criminal Misc. Application No.31100 of 2019, hence there was no occasion to file this application again on the same cause of action and due to lack of knowledge present criminal application has been filed before this Court, therefore, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The ground shown is sufficient.
The criminal misc. (withdrawal) application is hereby allowed.
