This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned court below to dispose off the Case No. 154/2016 (Kriti Vs. Alok) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., P.S.Bisrakh, District- Gautam Buddh Nagar within the stipulated period pending before the Additional Principal Judge, Gautam Buddh Nagar.
