Heard Sri Ashutosh Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms. Sushma Soni, learned AGA appearing for the Stateopposite party.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for a direction to the court below to decide the Case No.957 of 2018 (Smt. Hina Vs. Arshad), under Section 125 Cr.P.C, pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra, within a stipulated time.

Counsel for the applicants has placed reliance on the order sheet of the case pending before the court below, copy whereof has been annexed as annexure-2 to the affidavit in support of the application, to submit that although dates have been fixed in the matter but for some reason or the other the same has been adjourned and the delay in disposal of the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is causing undue hardship to the applicants. Accordingly, a prayer made in this application is to expedite the proceedings.

Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present application is disposed of with an observation that the court below would make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, provided there is no other legal impediment.
