The petitioners have preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India with the following prayer:-
"i. quash the entire proceeding of Case No. 119 of 2019, Under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, Police Station Nai Mandi, District Muzaffar Nagar pending before Learned Principal Judge, Family Court Muzaffar Nagar (Kamal Saini Vs. Renu and Others)."
Today when the matter was taken up, it is argued by Sri Chandra Bhushan Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners that the present petition has now become infructuous.
In view of the same, petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
