Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. Perused the records.
The sole prayer pressed by learned counsel for the petitioner is for early disposal of Complaint Case No. 37 of 2019 (Smt. Neetu Sharma v. Shri Amit and others), under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Ghaziabad since 2019, expeditiously within a time bound period.
Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, as expeditiously as possible, without granting unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. Therefore, the Court below is directed to make all possible efforts to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, in accordance with law, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, provided there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
