An application for withdrawal of the petition has been filed by the petitioner. It is supported with an affidavit of the sole petitioner, Raj Kumar Garg, stating therein that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition. In the affidavit, it has further been stated that the dispute between the petitioner-tenant and respondent-landlord has been amiably settled out of the Court and the petitioner is agree to hand over the vacant possession of the shop under the tenancy to the respondentlandlord.
In this view of this matter, the withdrawal application is allowed. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
