The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent no.2 was not deciding the Mutation Case No. 4/546 of 2001 and, therefore, a prayer has been made that a direction be issued that the case be decided within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel who appears for the State informs that as per the provisions of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual an application for mutation had to be decided within a period of three months.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Case No. 4/546 of 2001 be decided within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
