The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 4.10.2005 passed by the Civil Judge-II (Junior Division), Pilibhit in Original Suit No. 440 of 2002 whereby the application filed by the petitioner for summoning the sale deed dated 15.5.1987 was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an application at the time of evidence, revision filed against the said order was also dismissed on 25.3.2006.
In view of the said finding, no cause for interference in exercise of powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is made out.
The writ petition is devoid of merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
