In a suit being suit No.02653 of 2019, computerized case No. T201917140202653, Mohammad Yasheen & ors Vs. Mohammad Ali & ors under Section 144 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioners filed an application questioning the jurisdiction of the Court. Grievance of the petitioners is that the application which was to be decided at the first instance was not being decided.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Court may frame a preliminary issue with regard to its jurisdiction and decide the same within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
