Petitioners have remedy to approach SSP concerned, in case there is any threat to the life and liberty of petitioners, who shall take necessary steps in view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lata Singh vs. State of UP; AIR 2006 SC 2522. They may avail this remedy, if, so advised.
