The petitioner and his neighbour are indulging in neighbouring activity for polluting each other's homes.
All these are in the nature of a private lis. Counsel for the U.P. Pollution Control Board, Dr. H.N. Tripathi, has appeared, but since the matter is of a private nature, we leave it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy available to him under the civil law.
We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
