The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus directing respondent no.2 to mutate the name of the petitioner over Khata No.205 Gata No.7889 and 794, Gram Panchayat Tirwa Khas, Tehsil Tirwa, District Kannauj in the revenue records.
We find that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court by way of Writ Petition No.49432 of 2017 for the same relief. The said writ petition was disposed of with direction to the authorities to decide his application within three months after hearing all the concerned parties. In case the said order is not being complied with, the petitioner is free to seek appropriate remedy for enforcement of the said order, but in our considered opinion, second writ petition for the same relief is not maintainable.
The writ petition is dismissed.
