Instructions as have been submitted by the learned Standing Counsel and were also served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner, have been perused. It shows that certain proceedings have been taken for eviction of such persons who were occupying the chak road.
It is, therefore, provided that from the initiation of the proceedings they shall be completed within 90 days.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
