It appears by means of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking relief of issuance of writ of mandamus against the respondent nos.4 to 7 who are private persons.
No such writ of mandamus can be issued and the remedy, if any, available to the petitioner for redressal of his grievance is to file a civil suit.
