In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has received instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of the instructions received, the Standing Counsel states that the allotment proposed in favour of the petitioners by the Land Management Committee has been disapproved by the concerned authority vide order dated 19.8.2020.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
The petitioners may exercise any remedy available to them against the order of the disapproval.
