Having considered the submissions advanced at the bar this Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner in essence is a private dispute relating to demarcation of agricultural holding. Such grievance can appropriately be addressed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Writ petition for such purposes would not be maintainable at the first instance.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue its remedy in accordance with law, this writ petition is consigned to records.
