In view of the subsequent events, whereby the election of the college in question was notified to be held on 15.1.2020, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to press this Writ Petition.
Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
However, liberty is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to file objection before the competent authority against the elected body.
