The instant petition seeks quashing of an order dated 11th April, 2020, by which Additional Commissioner (Administration), Agra has required removal of the name board and certain furniture kept by the petitioner from the premises of the office of the Commissioner.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the authorities in respect of his grievance.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
