Heard Sri S.K.Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Saurabh Vishwakarma, learned Advocate holding brief of Sri K.K.Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file stay vacation application in respect of the order dated 17.12.2019 passed by Board of Revenue in Revision No. 1719 of2019, Sunita Kalra v. State of U.P. and Others.

Learned counsel appearing for the Gaon Sabha does not have any objection in case direction is issued for disposal of stay vacation application.

In view of the aforesaid, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner at this stage to move appropriate application for vacation of interim stay order dated 17.12.2019 within period of three weeks from today and it is further directed that in the event such application is preferred within three weeks as directed hereinabove, the same shall be considered and disposed of within further period of three weeks after giving due notice and full opportunity of hearing to the contesting parties in the matter.
