Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief -
i) I ssue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider grievance of the petitioner and pass legal and speaking order on the representation dated 22.11.2019 and 23.06.2020 about the correction of map new Gata No.1633 area 0.0990 Hectare (Old number 718/1) situated in village Harbaspur, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur within stipulated period ."
From the relief quoted above as also the submissions made, it emerges that the petitioner is seeking correction in the revenue map or in the consolidation map.
In case, the petitioner is serious about correction in the map, he may avail the remedy available to him under law for redressal of his grievances. A representation is not a proper remedy and therefore, this Court is not issuing the directions prayed for.
Subject to the above, this writ petition is dismissed.
