Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.08.2020 whereby the petitioner has been terminated.
It is pointed out by Sri Arun Kumar, learned Counsel for respondent nos. 2 to 4 that against the said impugned order dated 10.08.2020, the petitioner has remedy to file a departmental appeal under Rule 5 of Uttar Pradesh Staff Rules 1973 .
In view of aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the authority concerned within three weeks from today. In case, such an appeal is filed, it is expected that appellate authority shall decide the same expeditiously.
