Petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming following reliefs:-
I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.3 to conclue the enquiry within stipulated period already appointed by the respondent no.2.
II. Issue q writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondent no.5 to send the entire paper before the respondent no.3 relating to the petitioner.
III. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to respondent no.4 decide the representation wife of the petitioner dated 11.05.2020 within stipulated period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
IV. Issue a writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
V. Award cost of the writ petition to the humble petitioner.
Sri B.P. Mishra, counsel for the petitioner after arguing at length in the matter and unable to convince as to how petitioner's wife has a locus to make representations for change of the place of enquiry or to expedite the enquiry without petitioner appearing before the Inquiry Officer and following the rules for conduct of enquiry, petitioner's counsel prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to appear before the enquiry officer and raise all legal pleas as are possible under the law.
With the aforesaid observations, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
