Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J.
Sri Preet Pal Singh Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall cooperate with the enquiry proceedings to clear his name.
The only prayer made by Sri Preeti Pal Singh Rathore, learned counsel for the petitioner is that the enquiry may be completed within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the aforesaid prayer.
A writ in the nature of mandamus is issued commanding respondent authorities to execute the following direction;
(i) The disciplinary enquiry shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of production of a computer generated copy of this order, downloaded from the official website of the High Court Allahabad, along with a copy of memo of appeal.
The computer generated copy of such order be self attested by the petitioners (party concerned) along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked. The Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
The writ petition is disposed of finally.
