Heard Sri Ashwani Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

By means of present writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to revise the pension of the petitioner, who is a retire Head Master and provide the benefit of Vth Pay Commission and Full Pension with arrear after revision and pay the same alongwith 12% simple interest per year within the time specified by this court.

Shri Arun Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents very fairly states that the claim of the petitioner can be considered by the competent authority.

In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed off asking the Competent Authority to decide the claim of petitioner for revision of pension within the period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
