Heard Shri Bheem Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Uttara Bahuguna, learned Standing Counsel for the Staterespondents, Shri Mritunjay Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.

By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents (specially the respondent no. 2) to permit the petitioner to participate in the interview conducted for selection on the post of Assistant Teacher TGT Examination-2016 (English) Balak Varg) being a fully eligible and qualified candidate within the time stipulated.

ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to include the name of the petitioner in the select list and he may be given the consequential benefits in pursuance thereof.

iii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to allot the college to the petitioners along with other selected candidates for the selection in question within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court."

Shri Bheem Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his submission states that so far as the English subject is concerned, admittedly the petitioner has taken English subject in first year and second year of B.A. examination and he left in the third year of B.A. examination. Eventually, he did Master in English. He submits that matter is squarely covered by the order dated 5.8.2013 passed in Writ-A No. 42251 of 2013 (Smt. Kiran Kumari versus State of U.P. and 4 others) and in the light of the aforesaid judgment has claim is liable to be considered.

Without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2 to look into the grievance and redress the claim of the petitioner in the light of decision in case of Smt. Kiran Kumar ( supra ) and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a copy of

this order before him.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
