Petitioners are before this Court with a request to command the second respondent to accept the demand draft with the application to provide the scanned copy of the petitioners and revaluation of scanned copy.

It appears from the record in question that the petitioners have already made a representation dated 24.2.2020 before the second respondent for redressal of their grievances, which is pending consideration.

In the facts and circumstances, with the consent of the parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the second respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.

This order has been passed with due assistance of Sri Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the third respondent.
