Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner is before this Court with a request commanding the second respondent to permit the petitioner to appear in the interview pursuant to the interview letter dated 25.1.2020 in the P.G.T. Examination 2016 on the post of Lecturer in English.
Learned counsel for the petitioner in support of his submissions has placed reliance upon the judgment passed by this Court in Avinash Sonkar And Another Vs. State of U.P. And Another (Writ-A No. 3162 of 2020, dt. 3.3.2020) and as such it is sought to be contended that the present matter is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment and the similar treatment may also be extended to the petitioner.
The above said argument of learned counsel for the petitioner is not being disputed by learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Manoj Kumar Singh holding brief of Sri Anil Kumar Singh appears for the respondent Board.
The writ petition is accordingly allowed in terms of Avinash Sonkar(supra) . The second respondent is directed to take interview of the petitioner and declare her result expeditiously.
