The petitioner claims that he is entitled to the benefits on account of death of his father, who died-in-harness on 17.6.2019 and despite repeated request, the dues are not being paid. In this regard, the petitioner has also filed a representation, which is pending consideration.
Considering the fact that the petitioner claims to be entitled to the benefits on account of death of his father, the same should be decided expeditiously. The petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 3 along with a certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks and the respondent no. 3 shall pass a reasoned order on the said application, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The present petition, in the cause list for fresh case, discloses the title as Balbeer Singh v. State of U.P. and 4 others, whereas in the memo of petition, the title mentioned as Kuldeep Singh v. State of U.P. and 4 others. The Office is directed to correct the said entry, as the same is a mistake of the Office.
The present petition is disposed off.
