Learned counsel for the petitioners very rightly submits that no final order has been passed in pursuance of the letter dated 03.02.2020 by respondent no. 2- Head Chief Protection Commissioner, North Eastern Railway, Gorakhpur.
Learned counsel for the respondent Sri Rajnish Kumar Rai, submits that the writ petition is pre-mature.
Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition after the final order is passed, if the claim of the petitioners are going to be effected.
As prayed liberty is granted.
This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a fresh after fresh cause of action.
