Learned Standing Counsel representing the respondents states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for grant of approval to the selection of Assistant Teachers and clerk, shall be duly considered in accordance with law and bearing in mind the orders passed by the Court in Writ A No.381 of 2020 and Writ A No.927 of 2020 and the stand of the State as recorded and reflected in those orders.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
