Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of this writ petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-
i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner with regard to regularization of his service.
ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court.
The sole grievance of the petitioner is that he moved an application dated 25.11.2015 before the respondent authorities which is still pending. He has further submitted that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to decide expeditiously in accordance with law.
Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the aforesaid contention and states that in case the said representation is still pending, the same shall be considered and disposed off in accordance with law.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, but without prejudice to the merits of the case, the writ petition is finally disposed off with direction to the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation dated 25.11.2015 pending before it, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order.
