This petition for writ is preferred to have a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the District Magistrate, Banda to constitute a high level committee and enquire into the matter pertaining to distribution of essential commodities. On going through the averments contained in the petition for writ, we have noticed that the allegations are not adequately founded on facts. Even the representation submitted by the petitioner mentions the allegations without any supporting material. On basis of such vague and reckless allegations no relief as prayed for can be granted. The writ petition is dismissed. The petitioner however, is at liberty to agitate his cause before the competent authority with adequate material.
