This transfer application was filed against the opposite party No. 7 and both the learned counsel have apprised the Court that opposite party No. 7 has been transferred from the Court (SC/ST Act), Hathras to some other Court and this Transfer Application with the transfer of the opposite party No. 7 has become infructuous. The aforesaid withdrawal application has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the statements of both the counsel that the present Transfer Application has become infructuous, it is dismissed as withdrawn.
