We have heard the learned standing counsel and perused the impugned order.
By the impugned order, Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 36104 of 1998 filed by the petitioner-appellant before this Court challenging the order dated 22.10.1998 by which the petitioner-appellant was transferred from Civil Police to Armed Police was dismissed in limine.
We do not find that the impugned order suffers from any illegality or legal infirmity.
The impugned order which is even otherwise based upon relevant considerations supported by cogent reasons merits no interference by this Court.
This appeal lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
