As per Office report, notices sent by registered post A.D. have returned back for appellant no.1/1/9 due to incomplete address but for appellant nos.1/1/1 to 1/1/8, they have neither been received back undelivered nor any vakalatnama has been filed. Therefore, in terms of provisions contained in Order-5 Rule-21, service of N.E.C. on appellant nos.1/1/1 to 1/1/8 can be presumed.
As no body is appearing despite service of notice on the appellants, it appears that appellants have lost interest in pursuing the appeal.
The same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
