Petitioner no. 1 Smt. Guddan and petitioner no. 2 Shri Ravi Kumar are present in Court.
Petitioner no. 1 Smt. Guddan has been produced before this Court by S.I. PNO 892330100 Sunil Kumar Sharma and lady Constable 1343 Seema, Police Station Jansath, District Muzaffar Nagar.
Smt. Guddan has been identified by her counsel Shri Sunil Kumar Tiwari on the basis of documents in the record.
Smt. Guddan has identified Ravi Kumar as her husband.
Shri Sanjay Sharma, learned Additional Government Advocate on the basis of instructions and as per the High School Certificate appended to the writ petition confirms that the petitioner no. 1 Smt. Guddan is a major and 23 years of age.
Petitioner no. 1 Smt. Guddan states before this Court that she has married the petitioner no. 2 Ravi Kumar S/o Jaswant Singh of her free will and consent. She is desirous of living with her husband Ravi Kumar and discharge her
marital duties.
Petitioner no. 1 Smt. Guddan is permitted to live with the petitioner no. 2 Shri Ravi Kumar S/o Jaswant Singh who is present in Court.
Notices upon the respondent nos. 4 and 5 have been served through C.J.M., Muzaffar Nagar.
Shri Sunil Kumar Sharma, S.I. Police Station Jansath, District Muzaffar Nagar is present in Court. He states that notices were served through Constable 243 Manish, upon the respondent nos. 4 and 5 in compliance of the order passed by this Court.
