Learned counsel for the petitioners after some arguments, on being confronted as to whether the petitioner no. 1 is in unlawful custody in view of the fact that she has been sent to Rajkiya Mahila Sharanalaya, Bareilly pursuant to the order of the Bal Kalyan Samiti, Badaun dated 21.10.2019, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take recourse to other legal remedies that may be available to the petitioners under the law.
