This appeal in relation to all the appellants except Sri Inam Ali stood abated by earlier orders. An affidavit sworn in by Sri Vinod Kumar, Sub Inspector of Police, P.S. Najibabad, District Bijnor has now been filed to the effect that Sri Inam Ali has died on 20.11.2019. The certificate issued by Registrar (Birth and Death) Nagar Palika Parishad, Najibabad has also been placed on record.
In view of the fact stated to this effect the appeal stands abated.
