Sri Santosh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellantwife Nisha and Sri Prabha Shanker Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, namely, Virendra Kumar are present.
Both the learned counsels submit that in terms and condition of the compromise dated 21.1.2020, the permanent alimony to the tune of Rs. 18 lacs has been paid to the appellant-wife Nisha. An amount of Rs. 14 lacs has been paid prior to entering into compromise through cheques and Rs. 4 lacs has been paid in this Court on 29.1.2020 through cheque dated 21.1.2020. The compromise has been duly verified by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah.
We have perused the report dated 15.2.2020 submitted by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Etawah through the District Judge, Etawah.
In view of above, we dispose of the present appeal in terms of the compromise dated 21.1.2020, the same be treated as part of the record.
The appeal stands disposed of.
