Appeal has been filed by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited challenging the judgment and decree dated 29.09.2004 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Court No. 17, Meerut in Reference No. 54 of 1998.
In view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, in Civil Appeal No. 1339-1403/2020 dated February, 10, 2020 there is no substance in the appeal filed by the Power Grid Corporation Limited challenging the award and therefore, the appeal fails and is dismissed.
