Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned A.G.A.

By by the instant revision, revisionist seeks the following relief:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 12.02.2020 passed by Additional District Judge, Court No. 6, Azamgarh in Criminal Appeal No. 40 of 2015 viz Ajay Rai vs. State of U.P. and others and impugned order dated 08.05.2015 passed by Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Azamgarh in Case No. 203 of 2014 viz Babita vs. Jai Prakash under Sections 12 and 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005."

Admittedly, revision has been filed against an interlocutory order dated 8.5.2015 granting interim maintenance during pendency of the application to the wife and children.

After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist to move appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the application.

Accordingly, revision is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.

In the event, revisionist moves such an application, it is expected that the same shall be considered and decided by the court below in accordance with law.
