This criminal revision has been filed against the judgement and order dated 22.1.2020 passed by Spl. Judge (D.A.A. Act)/Addl. District and Sessions Judge, court no. 8, Etawah in Complaint Case no. 115 of 2019 (Rani Devi vs. Krishanpal and others), under Sections 392, 452, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C.
The brief facts leading to this petition are that an application was filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Magistrate, which was converted into a complaint case and statements of the complainant and the witnesses were recorded under Sections 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. and after considering the evidence, the learned Magistrate dismissed the complaint under Section 203 Cr.P.C. It has been mentioned in the impugned order that several persons are alleged to have committed the offence but neither husband of the complainant nor any other family member of the complainant has received any injury, while the allegation of assault through lathi-danda has been made. It has been further mentioned in the impugned order that this complaint was filed in a counter blast of the N.C.R. no. 33 of 2019, under Sections 323 and 504 I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has failed to demonstrate that the impugned order suffers from any illegality or infirmity requiring any interference by this Court.
Accordingly, this revision which lacks merits and is dismissed at the admission stage.
