The order impugned is appealable before the Commissioner Varanasi, Division Varanasi.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the Office of the Commissioner is not working due to prevalence of COVID-19, appears to be incorrect, inasmuch as, after unlock-4 notified by the Central Government, all the offices of State and Central Government are opened and are working with COVID protocol by observing the social distancing and wearing masks.
The petitioner has yet not approached the Office of the Commissioner. The assertion that the Office is not working, is without any basis.
The writ petition is, accordingly, rejected .
