The instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of the FIR dated 19.09.2017 registered as Case Crime No. 1049 of 2017, under Sections 147, 120-B, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506 I.P.C. Police Station-Simbhawali, District-Hapur.
Learned A.G.A. on instructions states that the police after investigation has exonerated Vipin Yadav whereas investigation against some other accused persons is still in progress.
In view of his statement nothing further survives in the instant petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
